Garbage bin "rotator"
So you see it, so you don't
The street side of a garbage bin rotator. Behind the doors on top are hidden two garbage bins. On garbage collection day, the rotator is turned with the doors outward and the garbage collectors can get to the bins. On other days, the rotator is turned inward and forms a straight line with the fence wall.
